The Bio Mini is their entry level commercial juicer and is perfect for any juice-company start ups looking to upscale their juice production. It has easy to use controls and will save you a lot of time compared to domestic juicers or semi commercial juicers.The Bio Midi will give you the same juice output as The Bio Mark 7 but at a lower cost. This is because The Bio Midi is the same as The Bio Mini and does not feature a lifting grinder head or has a grinder speed control. By not having these features we as manufacturers can save on these extra internal components and can pass these savings on to you the customer. These two features are hardly used by most of our customers so The Bio Midi becomes the perfect juicer offering huge output and value for money. The Bio Midi has the same size press plates and bags as The Bio Mark 7.The Bio Mark 7 is the largest commercial cold press juicer Bio manufacture. It features a quick release hopper using two toggle latches meaning the hopper chute can be removed in seconds and requires no gasket like other manufacturers. It has a Slim top body that still raises up to allow faster bag cleaning and a press only option. What really sets the Mark 7 apart from the Midi, is that the Mark 8 7 has a lifting grinder head as well as manually controllable grinding speed. The Mark 7 is for serious cold press juice production and can easily upscale your juice production with simple controls and exceptional performance.Which model to choose? The Mini is perfect to get you started as 20-25 Litres / hour is sufficient most smaller businesses. Simply calculate your hourly volume you need to produce and see if the Mini has enough slack built in for some growth.
