Insert airline tubing into air pump using end that has just 6 before the inline air flow valve. 2. Remove top from reaction chamber and insert the other end of the airline tubing through hole at bottom of reaction chamber. Push airline through until it comes out of the top of the reaction chamber. Attach airstone to end of airline and pull back through until airsone is at bottom of reaction chamber. 3. Remove cartridge from chamber 1 of BioCube. Using hanging clip on reaction chamber, hang protein skimmer on the wall between chambers 1 & 2. Suction cups may also be used to attach protein skimmer to side wall of any aquarium. Note: If skimmer is in correct position, BioCube top will close properly. 4. Place collection cup on top of reaction chamber. Pull airline tubing through knockout of back frame on BioCube hood, making certain that airflow is not restricted when BioCube top is closed. 5. Plug in pump. Adjust airflow adjustment nozzle so that bubbles stay just above top of the reaction chamber. 6. When collection cup fills, remove and dispose of waste material. 7.
