What do you get as a gift for a Food Lover? That, one doesn’t suck, two isn’t actually food, and three something they’ll enjoy. Well, I’m glad you asked! As a food lover myself. I have put together a quick list of 10 Must Have Gifts For Food Lovers that doesn’t actually suck and isn’t chocolate… although I’m sure they’ll never turn their noses up at a good sea salted milk chocolate. If you’ve not tried one. I suggest you run to your nearest supermarket to grab one. But I digress! Let’s get on with this list, shall we?!
10 Must-Have Gifts For Food Lovers
Yes, I know a mug is a pretty obvious gift for Food Lovers. And I’ve added more than one to this list. But, if like me. They probably have an Instagram full of foodie pics. Including cups of tea or coffee. So, a mug with an interesting print is going to be a winner. Plus, tropical themes are still on trend. Which means it won’t look dated just yet!
When I say large I mean it can hold up to 680ml of liquid. Meaning it’s big enough to hold a couple of cups of tea or coffee. Perfect for when your foodie friend has had a late night and needs to kick-start their day. Or it can even be transformed into a breakfast cereal bowl. Which would make for an interesting Instagram pic!
Marble effect is absolutely everywhere. You can get marble tables, marble notebooks, marble carpets.. Maybe. The carpet thing might be an exaggeration. But I’m sure if people wanted it. It could be done. Anyway, step away from the boring white marble effect mugs, and give your food lovers a black and gold marble effect one instead. It will help them stand out from those basic b*tches on the gram… she said as a basic b*tch herself.
I bet you’ve been considering buying your foodie friend a marble serving platter from Oliver Bonas. They love them in there. I love them too. But, I can’t justify the price for one for myself, let alone my fellow food lovers. Which is why this would make the perfect alternative. Ok, so it’s not marble, it’s ceramic. But it looks just as good as a marble one!
Ok, so your foodie friend may not have a garden, balcony, or even space to store a window box. But, that doesn’t mean they can’t enjoy the outside world. Especially when you give them the gift of these leaf print side plates. Every food lovers Instagram feed would welcome these.
I know, I know, I said a few sad things about white/grey marble a little earlier on. However, to me, this mug resembles a stormy sea. More than a marble grain. Plus it has an awesome gold handle. Which food lovers will go crazy for. Trust me. I’ve ordered one and patiently awaiting delivery. Oh, it also comes in pink, but I think we can all agree the grey one is much more attractive.
Stuck for a gift idea for your loved up foodie couple friends? Have no fear. I’ve found a gift for them. It will be especially welcome in they are newlyweds! These are some sturdy glasses. With gold typography spelling Mr or Mrs and a gold rim. They are sold separately. So, you can buy the combination that suits the lovebirds aka food lovers.
Are your food lovers also coffee addict that bombards Instagram with inspirational quotes? Yes! Perfect! This minimalist typography coffee canvas print will be perfect for them. The only downside is that it doesn’t come with a frame. But, that just gives you the perfect excuse to hit up Ikea!
Or perhaps your food lovers are more tea lovers than coffee lovers. You can still treat them to a typography print. As with the coffee one. This one doesn’t come with a frame. Which is never an issue when Ikea supply more frames than you can shake a stick at.
Food lovers believe in love at first bite over love at first sight. So, bring back lots of happy memories with this Love At First Bite Canvas Print. It’s the perfect fit for their kitchen. Or bedroom. Again, this print doesn’t come with a frame. But at this point, you’ll already know where to find one that fits.
There you have it. My guide to gifts for foodies that doesn’t suck big tomatoes. I would be more than happy to receive any of these. Even if my cupboards are overflowing with mugs. They are by the way! But you can never have too many for the gram.
